Our client, a leading Main Contractor in the New Build Residential sector require a Site Manager to join their team on a residential development in London. 

This is a temp to perm opportunity with excellent prospects to join a successful and leading contractor in the sector. There will be a competitive initial hourly rate on offer and a competitive permanent salary package with benefits once taken on permanently.

This Site Manager role requires an individual with extensive experience in the Residential New build sector and with a strong background on projects from inception through to completion. There will be a particular emphasis on internals management for this particular individual and you must be capable of taking projects from 1st fix through to turnkey handover, ensuring all finishing trades and quality assurance is up to standard.

The successful site manager must be capable of overseeing sub-contractors, liaising up,down and cross stream and carrying out a varied management role with a view to the timely and successful completion and handover of the project. Applicants must be well versed with NHBC standards and processes and be fully H&S aware and trained to SMSTS standard as minimum.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years Site Management experience on Residential projects, hold valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates and be capable of displaying longevity with previous employers.
